My wife received this blanket for Christmas. She absolutely loves it! It's really soft on both sides and very warm. She's very happy with the quality of it. It came rolled up and vacuum packed, but it was able to unroll and expand without any issues. She also absolutely loves the deep purple color.
The blanket is decently thick, and it doesn't shed any material that we've notices so far. We haven't had to wash it so far, so I can't comment on how it holds up in the wash, but I'm sure it's fine if you wash it on its own with cold water.
